(More customer reviews)Ok, let me start by saying this vaporizer is decent. i also have the vapir mini and the vapolution is far more convenient to use. it ships with various bowls, tubes, and hitters. we broke the all-in-wonder bowl on the 1st day. its all glass and sticks out of the vaporizer about 8 inches and any movement will snap the glass due to the leverage from being so tall. we now use the buddy hitter that only sticks out about 2 inches making it far less likely to catch on clothing or hands when moving, and thus far less likely to break.
operation is fairly easy, turn on, load a nug of tobacco into hitter- no screens as the hitter has a glass spike in the middle to keep the used up herb from getting sucked through. wait a minute and take a hit. after a few hits , blow out the used herb and repeat as necessary. glass element heating glass hitter, so no wierd aftertaste with ceramic or metal. no digital crap to worry about and sturdy metal construction. has 1 button to turn on /off and one knob to set temp.
after a few months, unit would not turn on. they have a lifetime warranty, but you have to box it up and send them old unit and pay them $25 to replace it and send back. it dosent cost that much to ship back so they are basically selling you another one at wholesale. not to mention the shipping to them for $10. and now you're spending $35 bucks every 6 months. not to mention the hassle and going without vaporizing for a week or two turnaround time. i bought this untit for the warranty and ease of use as the vapir had to be grounded herb, 2 different custom screens to bend and cut, long wait for heat , and auto shut off after two short a time frame and had to dig out your used herb with a toothpick- ( major pita).
vapolution has the ease of use down pat. reliability is horrid and the warranty is junk. i will revise this if the next one actually lasts, but for now- id go with a more expensive unit with higher quality.
