It also fits Holmes humidifier models HM729, HM729G, HM630, HM7204, HM7305/RC, HM7306, HM6000, HM6000RC, HM6600, HM6005HD, and HM4600/HD. The two-pack of humidifier filters measures approximately 5-3/5 by 4 by 7-4/5 inches.
There are two filters in the box and an installation clip is included.

You can wash the old pads with dish soap but hardly worth the trouble and they shrink some. They probably loose some functionality in the wash also.

Holmes HWF62D Humidifier Replacement Wick Filter (2-pack) Review

(More customer reviews)I bought this filter thinking that it was made by Holmes, it is not. This was not a problem though as I have had filters from this other company before. The company is BestAir (aka Endust). The material around the filter is not the usual black but silver looking and I think it is made of metal and very strong. It is also coated with an antibacterial treatment. I would definately order this filter again.

Holmes HWF75PDQ-U Replacement Wick Filter Review

(More customer reviews)This filter is just as good as the original. I have been using one of these filters for over 4 months now and there is no evidence of deterioration or mold whatsoever. I will offer two helpful hints to potential consumers: (1) Make sure you use an antibacterial additive in your humidifier every time you refill your reservoirs and (2) Always rotate your filter upside down each time you add water. This will GREATLY increase the lifetime of your filter. Also, the twin pack is a great buy!

Holmes HWF62PDQ-U Humidifier Filter Review

(More customer reviews)The filters work fine but once the humidifier itself gets dirty/dusty, it is almost impossible to clean perfectly and therefore the filter indicator always considers that the filter needs to be changed even though it is new.
